At Get Set Fit, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness products including dumbbells, gym wear, resistance bands, and gym gloves. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn gym wear or gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Requests made after 7 days
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Replacement Policy
- We offer free replacement for damaged or wrong items
- Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days
